Bolehkah Potong Kuku Dan Rambut Ketika Wanita Sedang Haid Menurut Islam

Pertanyaan ini mungkin ada pada sebagian muslimah yang ingin tau kejelasanya, mengingat banyak pendapat yang berbeda2. Nah untuk lebih jelasnya mungkin atikel ini akan mencoba mencari jawaban dari beberapa nara sumber yang bisa untuk menjawab keraguan para wanita khususnya. Perempuan yang sedang haid yang artiny sedang dalam keadan hadas besar dan setelah haidnya sudah selesai tentunya di wajibkan untuk membersihkan diri dengan cara mandi besar sesuai dengan ajaran islam.

Pada saat mandi besar tentunya seluruh tubuh harus tersirami oleh air ketika sedang melakukan mandi besar. Akan tetapi  adakalanya wanita yang sedang dalam keadaan hadas besar mempunyai keinginan untuk potong rambut dan juga kukunya. yang jadi pertanyaan adalah Bolehkah Potong Kuku Dan Rambut Ketika Wanita Sedang Haid Menurut Islam Atau mungkin harus menunggu sampai wanita selesai haid dan kemudian bersuci?

Kasus ini masih diperselisihan oleh beberapa ulama, karena ada opini yang menjelaskan jika anggota tubuh akan kembali ke pemiliknya di akhirat nantinya, jika dia memotongnya karena itu anggota tubuhnya akan kembali lagi pada kondisi tidak suci.

Tetapi tidak ada ayat al-Qur’an serta hadis yang dengan jelas larang wanita yang sedang haid untuk memangkas rambut serta kuku. Serta Rasulullah Saw memerintah Aisyah untuk menyisir rambutnya saat haid, walau sebenarnya rambut gampang rontok saat disisir.

Aisyah menceritakan jika dia sampai ke Makkah pada kondisi haid, dia juga tidak thawaf di Ka’bah, tidak juga sa’i di shafa serta marwah, karena itu dia juga mengadukannya pada Rasulullah Saw, beliau bersabda “Lepaskanlah ikatan rambutmu, menyisirlah, bertalbiyahlah dengan haji serta meninggalkan umrah”.

Syekh Ibnu Taimiyah dalam kitabnya Al-Fatawa al-Kubro mengatakan

وَمَا أَعْلَمُ عَلَى كَرَاهِيَةِ إزَالَةِ شَعْرِ الْجُنُبِ وَظُفُرِهِ دَلِيلًا شَرْعِيًّا، بَلْ قَدْ «قَالَ النَّبِيُّ لِلَّذِي أَسْلَمَ: أَلْقِ عَنْك شَعْرَ الْكُفْرِ وَاخْتَتِنْ» . فَأَمَرَ الَّذِي أَسْلَمَ أَنْ يَغْتَسِلَ، وَلَمْ يَأْمُرْهُ بِتَأْخِيرِ الِاخْتِتَانِ، وَإِزَالَةِ الشَّعْرِ عَنْ الِاغْتِسَالِ، فَإِطْلَاقُ كَلَامِهِ يَقْتَضِي جَوَازَ الْأَمْرَيْنِ، وَكَذَلِكَ تُؤْمَرُ الْحَائِضُ بِالِامْتِشَاطِ فِي غُسْلِهَا مَعَ أَنَّ الِامْتِشَاطَ يَذْهَبُ بِبَعْضِ الشَّعْرِ

Aku tidak mengetahui adanya dalil syariat yang memakruhkan untuk memotong rambut atau kuku bagi orang yang junub. Bahkan Nabi Saw memerintahkan orang yang masuk Islam “Hilangkanlah darimu rambut kekufuran dan berkhitanlah”. Beliau memerintahkan orang yang masuk Islam untuk mandi dan tidak memerintahkan agar memotong rambut dan khitannya dilakukan setelah mandi. Maka perkataan beliau ini menunjukkan kebolehan dua perkara (memotong sebelum mandi atau sesudahnya). Dan orang yang haid diperintahkan untuk menyisir rambutnya padahal menyisir dapat membuat rambutnya rontok.

Disamping itu, Syekh Ibnu Taimiyah juga menyandarkan pendapatnya kepada hadis “Sesungguhnya seorang mukmin tidaklah najis”. Maka, anggota badan seorang mukmin tidak bisa dikatakan najis.

Namun Syekh Muhammad bin Umar Nawawi al-Jawi dalam kitab Nihayatuz zain menyebutkan:

وَمن لزمَه غسل يسن لَهُ أَلا يزِيل شَيْئا من بدنه وَلَو دَمًا أَو شعرًا أَو ظفرا حَتَّى يغْتَسل لِأَن كل جُزْء يعود لَهُ فِي الْآخِرَة فَلَو أزاله قبل الْغسْل عَاد عَلَيْهِ الْحَدث الْأَكْبَر تبكيتا للشَّخْص

Barangsiapa diwajibkan mandi disunnahkan baginya untuk tidak menghilangkan sesuatu dari badannya, baik darah, rambut, ataupun kuku hingga ia mandi, karena setiap anggota badannya akan kembali padanya di akhirat kelak, Apabila ia menghilangkannya sebelum mandi, maka anggota badan yang belum disucikan akan kembali kepadanya dalam keadaan hadas besar (belum disucikan)

Pengucapan Syekh Muhammad bin Umar dikuatkan dengan opini Imam al-Ghozali dalam kitabnya Ihya Ulumuddin, Syekh Zainuddin Ahmad bin Abdul Aziz dalam kitab Fathul Muin:

وينبغي أن لا يزيلوا قبل الغسل شعرا أو ظفرا وكذا دما لان ذلك يرد في الآخرة جنبا

Sebaiknya sebelum mandi jangan membuang rambut, kuku, dan juga darah. karena sesungguhnya semua itu kelak di akhirat akan dikembalikan masih dalam keadaan junub.

Tetapi jika sudah terburu memangkas kuku waktu haid, karena itu yang harus dibilas ialah tempat (sisa) anggota yang dipotong bukan potongan dari anggota itu (melihat Uyunul masail lin nisa, Lirboyo : Lajnah Bahtsul Masail Madrasah Bidayatul Mubtadi’in, 2003, cet 3, hal 36)

Memangkas rambut serta kuku waktu haid adalah kasus yang masih tetap diperselisihkan. Karena itu, seorang wanita diperkenankan memotongnya waktu haid sebab tidak ada larangan dengan cara mutlak.

Tetapi untuk semakin waspada, seharusnya dia memangkas rambut atau kukunya sebelum atau setelah haid, lebih buat wanita yang sudah tahu agenda haidnya (yang teratur), dia dapat menyiapkannya terlebih dulu dengan memotongnya sebelum waktu haidnya datang.
