Cerita teman saya yg perempuan dan untuk perempuan

Kamis lalu saya general check up tahunan seperti biasa saya lakukan setelah ulang tahun. Salah satunya tes Vit D.

Hasil tes secara umum, untuk seumur saya ini, bagus.

Tapi saya defisiensi vit D. Angka saya 9.9 dari seharusnya 30-100. Saya bawa hasil tersebut ke dokter spesialis di Bandung.

Saya terkejut dg fakta yg dibeberkan dokter tsb. Perempuan Indonesia rata2 defisiensi vit D. Angkanya 3-6. Jadi angka saya lebih baik dari rata2 walaupun tetap defisiensi.

Nah, defisiensi ini juga dialami perempuan Mesir, Arab, Qatar dsb. Kenapa? Karena dg matahari berlimpah, kita justru cenderung menghindarinya. Kita takut berjemur. Takut hitam kena matahari. Sementara di Eropa, karena matahari ini barang mewah, malah ditunggu2. Berjemur menjadi kebiasaan. Saat musim dingin, mereka konsumsi vit D.

Jadi, perempuan Indonesia itu ibarat tikus mati di lumbung padi. Matahari berlimpah, tapi ga mau kena matahari. Takut fleks dsb. Padahal kekurangan vit D berdampak pada keropos tulang, lupus, kanker, lemas lesu, dan penyakit2 lainnya.

Apakah bs dibantu pakai makanan? Makanan mengandung vit D seperti salmon, susu dsb hanya bisa distimulus di tubuh kita kalau tubuh kita dipaparkan pd matahari. Kalau hanya meningkatkan konsumsinya, bahkan dengan vitamin D dosis tinggi, ga akan efektif tanpa matahari.

Jadi saya sekarang minum Vit D 5000iu setiap hari ditambah dengan berjemur 10 menit di bawah matahari .

Ayo ibu2 JELITA (JElangLImapuluhTAhun) & LOLITA (LOlosLImapuluhTAhun) hangatkan tubuhmu setiap pagi dgn VITAMIN D gratis dari Tuhan yaitu SINAR MATAHARI PAGI yg berlimpah di bumi Indonesia.

Jangan sampai belum usia menginjak 70th, kita sudah bertongkat sementara teman2 perempuan di Eropa masih bisa jalan2 ke mana2…

Vitamin D akan menjaga kesehatan tulang, sistem imun kita dari tidak mudah batuk pilek hingga terhindar dari penyakit autoimmune, diabetes, obesitas, kanker dan bahkan kepikunan.
