Dalam rangka merealisasikan sambungan air bersih di perumahan hijau lestari Kecamatan Panongan pihak Perumdam Tkr Kab. Tangerang pada hari ini telah membagikan formulir pendaftaran kepada warga perumahan Hijau lestari. Pembagian formulir ini bertujuan untuk mendata masyarakat yang akan melakukan pendaftaran pemasangan baru sambungan air bersih di perumahan ini. Sebagai mana telah di jelaskan sebelumnya bahwa perumahan hijau lestari merupakan salah satu lokasi yang selama ini kesulitan untuk mendapatkan air bersih mengingat posisi tanah yang menuirut warga kurang bagus dan bahkan warga sudah melakukan pengeboran dengan menggunakan pompa saterit namun tetap tidak mendapatkan air bersih yang di dapatkan. Selama ini warga sekitar perumahan ini untuk mendapatkan air bersih harus membeli dengan cara mendatangkan mobil tangki dan inipun harus dengan biaya yang tinggi mengingat kebutuhan air adalah paling utama.
Atas dasar inilah akhirnya Pemerintah Kab. Tangerang dan Perumdam Tkr melakukan penyambungan air bersih agar kebutuhan air di perumahan ini dapat terpenuhi. Untuk jumlah warga di perumahan hijau lestari berjumlah sekitar 250 kk dan rata2 warga di tempat ini mempunyai keluhan yang sama. Rencana pemasangan sambungan air bersih di kecamatan panongan ini selain di perumahan hijau lestari maka akan di lanjutkan ke perumahan yang ada di sekitarnya di antaranya perumahan persada elok 1,2,3, Perumahan jesika 1, 2, 3 dan masyarakat sekitarnya. Berdasarkan data yang di peroleh dari petugas lapangan yang telah melakukan pendataan dan pemetaan untuk jumlah kk yang ada di beberapa perumahan sekitar hijau lestari berjumlah sekitar 1000 kk dan ini menjadi prioritas Perumdam Tkr untuk pemasangan berikutnya.
