Resep Cara Buat Kebab Dengan Aneka Rasa, Sekilas mengenal kebab, Kebab merupakan makanan yang asalnya dari daerah timur tengah yaitu persia di perkirakan mulai menyebar di timur tengah  pada abad ke 8, baru setelah abad ke-15 kebab sampai di India. Pada abad ke 16 tentara negara Turki mulai mempopulerkannya ke seluruh  belahan dunia. Maka dari itu asal muasal kebab ini bukanlah dari Turki ya, melainkan Persia, tapi dipopulerkan oleh tentara Turki. Kebab adalah panggilan untuk beberapa sajian daging yang dipanggang atau dibakar. Kebab biasanya banyak didapati di wilayah Timur Tengah, Asia Selatan, Asia Tenggara, sampai di Afrika.

Daging yang biasa digunakan untuk kebab datang dari kambing, domba, atau sapi. Di beberapa negara juga penyajian kebab berlainan. Di Indonesia sendiri, kebab diberikan dengan roti tortilla yang diisi daging sapi, ditambah daun selada, tomat, dan saus untuk pelengkap.

Resep Cara Buat Kebab Dengan Aneka Rasa

Bahan

  • 0.5 kg daging sapi lalu potong tipis melintang di bagian seratnya
  • 1 ruas jahe
  • 0.5 sendok teh tumbar
  • Siapkan yogurt plain
  • 4 buah cabe merah
  • 3siung bawang putih
  • garam dapur
  • lada

Bahan pelengkap :

– 1 lembar tortila/ roti kebab
– 25 gr bawang bombay potong kecil (tipis)
– 1 sendok teh mentega
– 30 gr selada potong kecil (tipis)
– 30 gr tomat potong kecil (tipis)
– 30 gr mentimun potong tipis
– saus tomato
– mayones

Cara membuatnya:

  1. Cuci bersih daging sapi yang telah di siapkan
  2. Lalu pukul-pukul daging sampai agak melebar.
  3. Siapkan bumbu-bumbu tambahan antara lain cabe merah, bawang putih, jahe, dan ketumbar, lalu haluskan  dengan ulekan dan sejenisnya.
  4. Sesudah bumbu dihaluskan,  yogurt plain yg telah di siapkan siap untuk menjadi tambahan beserta bahan lain, diantaranya garam juga lada.
  5. Sesudah bahan2 yg telah di siapkan tercampur dengan daging, selajnjutnya diamkan kurang lebih 15 menit sampai semua bumbu meresap pada daging tersebut.
  6. Sesudah 15 menit selanjutnya panggang daging sampai terlihat matang lalu angkat dan tiriskan.
  7. Siapkan kuali dan olesi dengan mentega taruh di atas api kecil.
  8. Masukkan tortila di atas kuali dengan  yang permukaannya rata, panggang sesaat sampai terlihat bintik kecokelatan pada tortila kemudian angkat lalu sisihkan.
  9. Sediakan piring atau nampan letakkan tortila di atas piring/ nampan. susun sayuran di tengah tortila dengan model memanjang.
  10. Balurkan saus tomat serta sambal di atas sayuran.
  11. Lalu imbuhkan daging kebab di atasnya.
  12. Tambah mayoneis di atas daging, lalu gulung tortila dan padetkan.
  13. Panaskan mentega, panggang kebab samapi berwarna kecokelatan. Kebab siap disajikan.
