Resep Cara Membuat Garang Asem Ayam Kampung 

Bahan : 

a.1 ekor ayam kampung ( potong2)
b.500 ml santan yang kental
c.7 buah belimbing sayur/wuluh
d.1 buah tomat hijau
e.6 buah bawang putih ( iris lembut )
f.10 buah bawang merah ( irist lemb )
g.15 buah cabe rawit utuh yang matang
h.3 lbr daun salam
i.5 lbr daun jeruk
j.1 btg serai
k.3 cm lengkuas
l.Gula serta  garam  secukupnya
Resep Cara Membuat Garang Asem Ayan Kampung  dan cara memasaknya:
1. selalu kucuri ayam dengan air jeruk / lemon, kemudian cuci bersih.
2.tumis bawang merah, bawang putih sampai baunya harum.

3. kemudian masukkan daun salam serta daun jeruk, lengkuas dan serai secukupnya.
4.masukkan air yang sudah di siapkan sampai mendidih, masukkan ayam masak agak lama sampai ayam dirasa empuk.

5.masukkan santan, cabe rawit utuh, blimbing wuluh/sayur dan tomat ijo.

6.bumbui dengan garam, gula dan kaldu bubuk.

7.Aduk aduk  agar supaya santan tidak pecah.
8.kemudian setelah semuanya matang test rasa sesuai selera, kecilkan api, masak sampai santan agak menyusut dan benar benar tanak.
