Roti O dengan bau yag khas dan rasa yang lembut pasti banyak yang mengenal jenis makanan ini, apalagi yang sering naik kereta api ke ibukota maka jenis makanan ini banyak di temui di stasiun kereta api. Bagi anda yang ingin mencoba membuat sendiri Roti O ikuti langkah Resep Cara Mudah Membuat Roti O berikut ini

Berikut ini Bahan Yang harus disiapkan:

  • 500 gr tepung terigu protein tinggi
  • 230 mili susu cair dingin
  • 8 sd makan gula
  • 6 gr ragi instan
  • 4 sd makan susu bubuk
  • 4 sd makan margarin
  • 2 butir telur
  • 0,5 sd teh garam

Bahan isian :

  • 500 gr tepung terigu dengan kandungan protein tinggi
  • 100 gr margarin
  • 60 gr keju siap parut

Bahan topping :

  • 4 gr bubuk kopi instan
  • 100 gr tepung terigu protein rendah
  • 80 gr margarin
  • 80 gr gula halus
  • 2 btir telur
  • Siapkan pasta rasa mocca secukupnya

Selanjutnya bahan yang telah di siapkan di cambur di dalam wadah selanjutnya Larutkan ragi dengan air terlebih dulu, kemudaian sisihkan.

Lalu campurkan bahan bahan seperti, tepung terigu, susu bubuk, gula, telur, dan susu cair di dalam wadah yang telah disiapkan. Aduk semua bahan hingga rata, lalu diamkan selama kurang lebih satu jam biar mengembang.

Campurkan ragi yang telahdicampur air ke dalam adonan roti dg menggunakan mixer sampai benar benar kalis. Lalutaburi dengan garam yag telah disiapkan dan margarin sambil diaduk terus menerus.

Kemudian Diamkan kembali selama 30 menit. Lalu Ambil adonan masing-masing sekitar 50 gram untuk dibulatkan, sisihkan. 

Untuk topping-nya, campurkan kopi yang telah disiapkan, air hangat, telur, gula, margarin, dan tepung hingga merata. Lalu tambahkan perisa mocca, aduk kembali sampai merata.

Masukkan ke dalam plastik berbentuk segitiga, kemudian bentuk melingkar di atas roti. Panggang selama kurang lebih 20 menit dengan suhu 180 c. Resep Cara Mudah Membuat Roti O sudah selesai dan semoga bermanfaat
