Kejurnas PPLP dan SKO yang di laksanakan di semarang sejak tanggal 9-14 desember 2019 di ikuti oleh atlit PPLP dan SKO dari daerah dan propinsi.Kejurnas ini dilaksanakan di semarang tepatnya di Gor patriot komplek Kodam Diponegoro. Kejurnas di awali dengan kedatangan atlit sejak tanggal 9 dan selanjutnya dilakukan penimbangam bagi atlit yang akan bertanding.

Untuk pertandingannya dimulai dari tanggal 11 di hari pertama dan berlangsung selama 3 hari. Untuk hari pertama sampai hari kedua sementara unggul medali di peroleh dari SKO Ragunan kemudian di susul PPLP Jawa Tengah.
