Polisi akhirnya menetapkan AG sebagai tersangka. Pria 67 tahun itu telah memerkosa anak tirinya yang masih SMP hingga hamil 9 bulan.

AG lebih banyak menunduk saat diperiksa penyidik Sat Reskrim Polres Gresik. Ia menggunakan pakaian abu-abu menuju ruang tahanan Polres Gresik.

“Kami sudah naikkan ke penyidikan dan sudah jadi tersangka. Pelaku sudah kami tahan,” tegas Kasat Reskrim Polres Gresik Iptu Aldhino Prima Wirdan kepada detikJatim, Kamis (5/1/2023).

Aldhino menjelaskan dari hasil pemeriksaan pelaku mengakui telah menyetubuhi korban sebanyak dua kali. Namun, polisi tidak percaya begitu saja dan masih menunggu keterangan lengkap dari korban yang saat ini masih bersama tim psikologi.

“Ngakunya dua kali, tapi kami tunggu keterangan korban, karena korban mengalami trauma berat,” jelas Aldhino.

Semenjak menikahi ibu korban pada 2016 silam secara siri, pelaku AG mulai memperhatikan anak tirinya yang beranjak dewasa itu. Hingga pada April 2022, pelaku pun memerkosa korban ketika istrinya tidak berada di rumah.

“Kalau ibu korban mengetahui aksi bejat pelaku ini setelah putrinya hamil 3 bulan. Setelah ditanya, korban bilang telah diperkosa oleh ayah tirinya,” kata Aldhino.

Bukannya melaporkan kejadian tersebut, ibu korban yang merasa malu berusaha menutupi kelakuan bobrok suaminya. Ia pun berpura-pura hamil dengan memasang bantal di perutnya. Tujuannya, ketika anak yang dikandung korban lahir dan akan pura-pura dijadikan buah hatinya.

“Semenjak ibunya tahu itu, dia (AG) semakin menjadi. Saat itu korban tidur bersama, bertiga (pelaku, istri pelaku, dan Korban). Saat istrinya tidur, pelaku langsung melakukan aksinya,” ucap Aldhino.

Aldhino menuturkan saat ini korban berada di shelter PPTPPA untuk diberikan pendampingan psikologi. Sebab, saat ini usia kandungan korban sudah memasuki usia 9 bulan.

“Korban masih dalam masa trauma healing. Sebab, saat ini usia kandungannya sudah besar dan diperkirakan dua minggu lagi korban akan melahirkan,” tukasnya Aldhino.

Diberitakan sebelumnya, pelaku pemerkosaan terhadap siswi SMP di Benjeng, Gresik hingga hamil akhirnya terungkap. Berdasarkan hasil penyelidikan polisi, pelaku tak lain adalah ayah tiri korban berinisial AG (58).

Informasi yang dihimpun detikJatim, ayah tiri berinisial AG itu menikah dengan ibu korban pada 2016 silam secara siri. Namun sejak April 2022 lalu, AG mulai melakukan aksi bejatnya itu saat istrinya tidak berada di rumah.
