Khasiat Dan Manfaat Meminum Air Nanas Bagi Kesehatan

Sesaat rutinitas yang berefek positif untuk tubuh kita ialah rutinitas untuk konsumsi makanan atau minuman sehat yang diawali semenjak pagi hari. Diantaranya dengan minum air nanas waktu kita barusan bangun tidur.

Ingin tahu apa faedah minum air nanas pada pagi hari saat perut sedang kosong? Berikut ini penjelasanya.

  1. Air nanas memiliki kandungan vitamin A serta beta karoten. Ke-2 nutrisi ini baik untuk memberi dukungan kesehatan penglihatanmu bila kamu rajin minum air nanas.
  2. Satu riset menunjukkan jika kandungan bromelain di nanas mempunyai faedah super untuk menahan beberapa macam kanker.
  3. Tidak hanya dapat menahan kanker, kandungan bromelain di nanas menolong untuk tingkatkan kesehatan pencernaan.
