Kota Tangerang, 3 Desember 2024 – Dalam persiapan menghadapi Ujian Kenaikan Tingkat DAN Taekwondo Banten yang akan dilaksanakan pada 7-8 Desember 2024 di Balai Diklat Pandeglang, para taekwondoin Kota Tangerang mengikuti latihan terakhir bersama di Lingkungan Puspem Kota Tangerang, Senin (2/12). Kegiatan ini menjadi ajang penting untuk memantapkan kemampuan teknis dan mental para peserta menjelang ujian.
Latihan ini diikuti lebih dari 40 peserta yang bersiap untuk kenaikan tingkat DAN 1 hingga DAN 5 . Selain pemantapan teknik dasar dan poomsae (jurus), fokus latihan juga diarahkan pada evaluasi teknik sparring, penguasaan mental, dan peningkatan kepercayaan diri peserta.
Penguji Nasional yang juga merupakan pelatih Taekwondo Kota Tangerang, Master Sri Budoyo , mengungkapkan bahwa para peserta yang berhasil meraih sabuk hitam diharapkan mampu menjadi teladan sekaligus mengembangkan unit latihan di masing-masing klub. “Kami ingin para penerima sabuk hitam baru ini berperan aktif sebagai penggerak di komunitas taekwondo masing-masing. Mereka diharapkan menjadi pelatih atau pendamping bagi generasi berikutnya, sehingga pembinaan atlet di Kota Tangerang semakin merata,” jelasnya.
Latihan terakhir ini dipandu oleh tim pelatih senior, yang tak hanya memberikan evaluasi teknis tetapi juga motivasi kepada para peserta. Salah satu pelatih, Sbmnin Panji , menekankan pentingnya tanggung jawab setelah meraih sabuk hitam. “Sabuk hitam bukan akhir perjalanan, melainkan awal untuk berkontribusi lebih banyak kepada olahraga ini. Dengan bimbingan yang tepat, kita bisa mencetak atlet-atlet unggul di masa depan,” tegasnya.
Salah satu peserta, Eko, yang bersiap untuk kenaikan ke DAN 5, mengaku bahwa latihan ini sangat membantu dirinya memahami persyaratan ujian. “Latihan ini memberi saya wawasan tentang apa yang harus diperbaiki. Saya juga merasa lebih termotivasi untuk menjadi contoh bagi junior di klub saya,” ujarnya.
Ujian Kenaikan Tingkat DAN di Pandeglang nanti menjadi agenda penting dalam kalender kegiatan Taekwondo Banten. Selain menjadi ajang peningkatan kualitas individu, kegiatan ini juga diharapkan mampu melahirkan pelatih dan penggerak baru yang siap memajukan taekwondo di klub masing-masing.
Dengan semangat tinggi dan persiapan matang, para taekwondoin Kota Tangerang optimis menghadapi ujian mendatang. Semoga hasil yang diraih tidak hanya membawa kebanggaan bagi Kota Tangerang, tetapi juga menjadi tonggak kemajuan taekwondo di wilayah ini.(enbigi/Echoe)
