Seorang pengemudi ojol ditendang oleh seorang pria pengendara mobil dan kejadian ini berhasil di rekam oleh seorang yang akhirnya viral. Dalam video tersebut pengendara ojol di tendang hingga terjatuh tanpa melkukan perlawanan dan kejadian ini di saksikan oleh bebrapa orang di sekitar kejadian tanpa ada yang membantu.

Video ini menjadi viral di media sosial pada hari Sabtu, 4 Juli 2020. Menurut sumber peristiwa ini terjadi di Jl Cempaka, Kota Pekanbaru, Riau pada hari Jum’at, 3 Juli 2020 sekitar pukul 11.00 WIB.

Terlihat Pria dalam video ini marah dan menendang pengemudi ojol. Dari hasil pemeriksaan sementara pria ini lakukan tindakan kekerasan dan penganiayaan kepada pengemudi ojol karena terjadi perselisihan saat di jalan.

Setelahn video ini viral, ratusan pengemudi ojol di Pekanbaru menggeruduk rumah terduga pelaku di Jalan Legasari, Bukitraya, Pekanbaru, Riau.

Para pengemudi ojol mengepung rumah yang menjadi pelaku dan meminta pertanggung jawaban. Pada akhirnya pihak kepolisian pun mendatangi rumah pelaku dan membawanya ke Polresta Pekanbaru. Menurut keterangan pelaku melakukan penganiayaan ini karena tersinggung karena ketika pengemudi ojol yang berada di depan mobil pelaku tiba2 menepi karena menghindari seorang perempuan yang akan menyebrang dan hampir tertabrak pelaku. Lalu pelaku membunyikan klakson dan di balas oleh pengemudi ojol, namun pelaku merasa tersinggung karena dianggapnya si pengemudi ojol menantang pelaku.

Polisi pun menangkap terduga pelaku berinisial AK Berdasarkan pemerikasaan yang di lakukan polisi terdauka pelaku sedang mengkonsumsi sabu.
