1.Konsumsi susu dengan kandungan kalsium tinggi

Dengan mengkonsumsi susu yang memiliki kandungan kalsium tinggi akan membantu mempercepat pertumbuhan badan susu merupakan minuman sehat yang tidak memiliki efek samping. Susu yang berkalsium tinggi juga bermanfaat untuk menjaga kesehatan tulang dan otot.

3.Tidur yang cukup

Dengan terpenuhinya waktu tidur bagi anak anak ini juga akan mempercepat pertumbuhan badan karena pada saat tidur tubuh akan memproduksi hormon pertumbuhan (HGH). Oleh karena itu sebaiknya tidurlah dengan cukup dan teratur. Dan waktu tidur yang sehat adalah minimal 8 jam setiap hari. Dengan membiasakan tidur yang teratur, maka  akan memperlancar produksi hormon pertumbuhan, disamping itu juga akan membantu proses regenerasi sel dan jaringan tubuh.

4.Berolahraga secara teratur

Nah untuk olahraga sendiri ada beberapa olahraga yang bisa mendukung untuk pertumbuhan dan emanambah tinggi badan. Agar penambahan tinggi badan anda maksimal anda juga harus banyak mengkonsumsi makanan yang kaya akan vitamin D. Mengapa? Tujuannya yaitu agar kalsium yang kita konsumsi dapat diserap oleh tulang dengan baik. Kemudian vitamin D sendiri juga berfungsi untuk pembentukan tulang yang akan menyokong dan menjadi dasar tubuh anda. Sehingga tulang anda akan menjadi kuat. Contoh makanan yang kaya akan vitamin D misalnya : ikan, telur, susu kedelai, kedelai, jamur, sosis, dan kacang almond dan masih banyak lagi.
