Dari segi ilmiah, kegiatan tertawa memicu produksi oksitoksin dan endorfin yang mengurangi stress dan membantu menjaga kesehatan tubuh Anda. Selain mengurangi stress, ada beberapa manfaat lain dari kegiatan ini, seperti :

  •  Memperlancar aliran darah sehingga tekanan darah tetap stabil dan jantung dalam kondisi sehat.
  •  Meningkatkan imunitas atau kekebalan tubuh.
  •  Mengurangi rasa sakit yang sedang dialami, seperti rasa nyeri atau kelelahan.

Saat Anda sedang dalam kondisi banyak masalah maupun tertekan karena tekanan pekerjaan atau keluarga, jangan lupa untuk tersenyum mengingat kegiatan ini bisa membuat Anda tetap awet muda. Hal ini karena produksi hormon endorfin yang membantu Anda untuk menstabilkan emosi dan memperpanjang usia.

Mengonsumsi sayuran segar dalam bentuk lalapan, jus, atau rebusan akan membantu memperbaiki regenerasi sel dan meningkatkan imunitas tubuh. Dengan mengonsumsi sayuran, tubuh akan terjaga agar tetap ideal dan berstamina.

  1. Berkumpul dengan keluarga

Satu lagi metode sederhana untuk mendapatkan umur panjang adalah berkumpul dengan keluarga. Dengan menghabiskan waktu bersama keluarga untuk berbicara, berlibur, atau aktivitas lainnya, hormon endorfin dan oksitoksin akan terstimulasi lebih banyak dan tubuh menjadi lebih berstamina untuk aktivitas keesokan harinya.

  1. Olahraga teratur

Meski Anda tidak melakukan olahraga berat, seperti karate, berkuda, atau taekwondo, Anda tetap bisa melakukan olahraga ringan seperti jalan kaki, yoga, berenang, dan bersepeda untuk mendapatkan kinerja organ tubuh maksimal dan terhindar dari beragam penyakit.

  1. Hindari rokok dan alkohol

Satu lagi tips umur panjang yaitu menghindari rokok dan alkohol. Hal ini karena kedua benda tersebut mengandung senyawa berbahaya yang dapat menghambat kinerja organ penting seperti jantung dan paru-paru. Dengan menghindari untuk tidak konsumsi rokok maupun alkohol, tubuh akan lebih sehat dan bugar.
