Beladiri merupakan olahraga yang sangat di butuhkan baik untuk anak- anak ataupun orang dewasa, karena dengan memiliki kemampuan olahraga bela diri maka akan meningkatkan kepercayaan diri. Selain meningkatkan kemampuan beladiri juga akan melatih kedisiplinan karena dalam berlatih beladiri juga akan di ajarkan tentang kedisiplinan. Pelatih Taekwondo Lippo Karawaci telah banyak melahirkan atlit berprestasi baik senior ataupun junior  dan juga anak2 .

Materi yang akan kami ajarkan akan disesuaikan dengan tingkatan yang ada dan melalui tahapan tahapan yang telah di tetapkan oleh organisasi Taekwondo. Tahapan pemula akan di ajarkan tentang dasar dasar beladiri Taekwondo yaitu tentang kuda- kuda, pukulan, tendangan dasar dan tangkisan. Untuk tahapan berikutnya jika peserta mempunyai bakat maka akan di arahkan untuk menjadi atlit sesuai dengan kemampuan dan bakat yang di miliki.

Latar belakang Pelatih Taekwondo Private Lippo Karawaci adalah mantan Atlit yang pernah berjuang membela daerahnya baik ajang kejuaraan daerah maupun nasional dan saat ini adalah pemegang sabuk hitam DAN IV Kukiwon. Dan kami siap membantu calon Taekwondoin yang ingin mengembangkan bakat untuk menjadi atlit sesuai dengan kemampuan yang ada pada calon Taekwondoin.

Untuk Taekwondoin yang sekiranya sudah di anggap mampu dalam mengikuti pertandingan maka pelatih akan melakukan uji coba untuk mengikuti kejuaraan atau pertandingan yang di selenggarakan dengan kriteria yang sesuai untuk Taekwondo Pemula.
