Pekan olahraga kota tangerang cabang olahraga taekwondo yang di selenggarakan pada tanggal 24 november 2019 di Gor pabuaran tumpeng Kota berlangsung tertib dan menghasilkan juara yang nanti akan di persiapkan untuk Popda tahun 2020 mendatang. Peserta Porkot cabang olahraga taekwondo Tahun ini berbeda dengan tahun sebelumnya yang batas usianya lebih di batasi yaitu usia kelahiran 2003 dan pesertanya juga sebelumnya ada yang di luar kota tangerang hal ini di maksutkan agar ketika sang atlit menjadi juara di hararpkan tidak bermasalah di kemudian hari . Untuk cabang taewondo kegiatan di mulai dari hari sabtu yaitu penimbangan badan yang pelaksanaanya di koni kota tangarang dan hari minggu pelaksanaan pertandingan. Para peserta umumnya pelajar SMK dan SMA yang ada di kota tangerang

 

ajang Pekan Olahraga Kota Tangerang untuk semua cabor di laksanakan selama seminggu yaitu di mulai dari 22-27 November 2019 dengan diikuti oleh 2457 atlet dari 13 kecamatan yang ada  Kota Tangerang, dengan mempertandingkan 9 cabang olahraga antara lain Atletik, Taekwondo, Sepak Bola, Basket, Pencak Silat, Catur, Karate, Futsal dan Voli Indoor.

Sementara itu untuk Hasil pertadingan cabor taekwondo  juara umumnya diraih oleh kecamatan tangerang di susul kecamatan karawaci kecamatan cibodas, kecamatan periuk, kecamatan cibodas, kevamatan neglasari dan seterusnya
