  • kepala ikan kakap yang berukuran sedeng 2 potong, dicuci sampai benar- benar bersih.
  • santen 1000 mili dari 1 buah kelapa
  • garam secukupnya
  • 2batang serai , di bejeg- bejek sampai memar
  • lengkuas ukuran1 cm, di bejek- bejek hingga memar
  • daun kunyit 2 lembar
  • 2 lembar daun jeruk

Resep Bumbu Halus  :

  • bawang merah 10 butir
  • bawang putih 4 siung
  • cabe merah 6 biji
  • 1/2 cm jahe
  • 1 cm kunyit

Cara Membuat Gulai  :

  1. Panaskan minyak goreng kemudian tumis bumbu halus dan serai, lengkuas, daun kunyit, daun jeruk sampai baunya terasa harum.
  2. Masukkan  santen kelapa, masak sambil diaduk-aduk sampai mendidih.
  3. Masukan asam kandis dan kepala ikan yang sudah di siapkan sebelumnya. Masak di atas api kecil hingga kepala ikan matang dan santan berminyak.
  4. Masukkan garam, kemudian aduk sampai rata. dan angkat.
  5. Masakan sudah siap di santap
