Yang perlu di ketahui ilmu beladiri bukanlah suatu oalahraga yang mengajarkan kekerasan, namun jauh mari kita melihat kedalam, sebuah ilmu beladiri itu mengajarkan kesabaran, disiplin, dan keseriusan atau vocus yang akan tertanam dalam diri kita sendiri, dan hal ini tanpa kita sadari secara langsung. 1.Untuk Kesehatan
Dengan berlatih beladiri secara teratur dan rutin tentunya akan membuat tubuh kita menjadi lebih sehat dan bugar dan otot menjadi terlatih sehingga tubuh kita akan jarang terserang penyakit. 2. Memperkuat Otot Dan Kelenturan Tubuh
Gerakan- Gerayang yang terdapat dalam ilmu beladiri seperti memukul, menendang, merunduk, melompat dan berlari, sit up, push up, berjalan juga jongkok, semua itu bisa melatih kita agar menjadi lebih kuat, cekatan, tangkas, cepat, terutama untuk kekuatan otot yang kita miliki. Dan gerakan gerakan tersebut akan menjadi sebuah kebiasaan dan tentunya akan melatih reflek kita ketiga kita mendapatkan serangan di luar dugaan. Dan juga deri gerakan2 tersebut akan memperkuat otot kita dan juga akan ebuih lentur.
3. Akan Menambah Percaya Diri
Dengan mempelajari ilmu Bela diri tentunya akan menambah rasa percaya diri karena kita menyadari ada sesuatu yang selam ini kita pelajari dapat melindungi hal- mhal yang di luar dugaan karena memang pada saat kita mempelajari beladiri selalu di ajarkan untuk mempunyai rasa percaya diri yang tinggi dan hal ini sangat penting karena dengan percaya diri maka segala sesuatu yang kita inginkan akan terwujud.
4. Melatih Kedisiplinan Dan Penguasaan Diri dan Juga Kesabaran.
Seseorang yang belajar beladiri akan di tananmkan rasa disiplin dan tanggung jawab yang tinggi serta penguasaan diri. Dengan belajar ilmu beladiri seseorang di latih untuk menjadi sabar tekun dan ulet dan ini bisa bermanfaat untuk kehidupan kita sehari hari.
5. Sebagai Ajang Meraih Prestasi
Belajar ilmu beladiri membutuhkan keseriusan dan ketekunan serta semangat yang tinggi tanpa itu semua tentunya ilmu beladiri yang di pelajari tidak akan mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal.
