Persiapan Menuju Ujian Kenaikan Tingkat Dan
Tangerang, 2 September 2025
Dalam rangka pembinaan lanjutan dan peningkatan kualitas atlet serta pelatih tingkat sabuk hitam, Pengurus Taekwondo Indonesia (TI) Kota Tangerang sukses menyelenggarakan kegiatan Latihan Bersama dan Penyeragaman Teknik Sabuk Hitam pada hari Selasa, 2 September 2025, bertempat di GOR Neglasari Kota Tangerang.
Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 35 taekwondoin sabuk hitam yang hadir dari berbagai Club se-Kota Tangerang, dengan tujuan utama untuk menyamakan persepsi teknik, meningkatkan kualitas materi ujian, serta mempersiapkan peserta dalam menghadapi Ujian Kenaikan Tingkat Dan yang akan datang.
Tujuan Kegiatan
Beberapa sasaran utama dari kegiatan ini adalah:

Menyeragamkan teknik dasar dan lanjutan sesuai dengan standar Kukkiwon dan PBTI
-
Meningkatkan kesiapan peserta dari aspek teknis, fisik, dan mental menjelang ujian Dan.
-
Memperkuat peran sabuk hitam sebagai teladan dan ujung tombak dalam pembinaan taekwondo di dojang masing-masing.
-
Membangun semangat kebersamaan dan etika disiplin antar taekwondoin sabuk hitam se-Kota Tangerang.
Rangkaian Materi Latihan
Kegiatan dimulai pukul 19.00 WIB dan berlangsung hingga pukul 21.00 wib, dengan pembagian materi sebagai berikut:
1. Penyeragaman Teknik Dasar dan Kuda-kuda
Peserta diajak untuk menyelaraskan teknik dasar (seperti Ap Chagi, Dollyo Chagi, Yop Chagi) serta kuda-kuda (Ap Kubi, Juchum Seogi, Dwit Kubi), sesuai dengan kaidah pelatihan yang benar dan efektif.
2. Poomsae (Jurus)
Penekanan pada penyamaan gerakan dan ritme Poomsae tingkat tinggi seperti Koryo, Keumgang, dan Taebaek. Pelatih senior memberikan koreksi detail demi membentuk kualitas Poomsae yang presisi dan seragam.
4. Hosinsul (Bela Diri)
Peserta dipersiapkan untuk menampilkan variasi teknik pertahanan diri terhadap serangan nyata, termasuk skenario tangan kosong dan senjata tumpul, sesuai tuntutan ujian tingkat Dan.
Pembinaan dan Evaluasi Langsung oleh Sabum Senior
Kegiatan ini dipandu oleh para Sabumnim Angga dan Pelatih kepala Master Sribudoyo Dalam sesi evaluasi akhir, para peserta diberikan umpan balik langsung mengenai kekurangan yang perlu diperbaiki sebelum menghadapi ujian.
Menuju Ujian Kenaikan Tingkat Dan
Ujian Kenaikan Tingkat Dan dijadwalkan akan dilaksanakan pada [tanggal rencana ujian, misalnya: akhir 14 September 2025, dengan penguji dari Kukkiwon dan Pengprov TI Banten. Seluruh peserta diharapkan mengikuti latihan lanjutan dan melengkapi berkas administrasi sesuai persyaratan.
Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan para peserta tidak hanya siap menghadapi ujian Dan, tetapi juga mampu membawa semangat pembinaan ke tingkat yang lebih tinggi. Penyeragaman teknik menjadi fondasi penting untuk menjaga mutu taekwondo di Kota Tangerang, sekaligus memperkuat sinergi antar dojang dan pelatih di wilayah tersebut.
Dengan semangat “Taekwondo untuk Disiplin, Hormat, dan Prestasi”, latihan bersama ini menjadi langkah nyata menuju kualitas dan profesionalisme yang lebih tinggi bagi para pemegang sabuk hitam di Kota Tangerang.(enbigi/echoe)
