Bebek merupakan salah satu kuliner yang di suika karena rasanya yang gurih dan khas walaupun mungkin kalau tidak tau caranya maka akan terasa alot.Padahal, jika kita mempunyai  pressure cooker atau panci bertekanan tinggi, kita  tak perlu khawatir pada saat memasak bebek. Masukkan saja daging bebek dengan bumbu yang dihaluskan ke dalamnya dan masak hingga daging bebek empuk. Proses ini juga dapat disebut dengan mengungkap daging agar bumbu terserap. dan selanjutnya bebek yang sudah di ungkap tinggal di bakar. Nah selanjutnya bebek akan bisa di nikmati setelan di masak dengan yang adainginkan. berikut ini adalah Resep Cara Memasak Bebek Bakar Cobek dan beberapa bvahan yang diu butuhkan.

Bahan :

  • 1 ekor Bebek dengan ukuran sedang kemudian potong 4 bagian
  • 3 batang Sereh dimemarkan
  • 5 lembar Daun salam
  • 5 lembar Daun jeruk
  • 100 mili liter Kecap manis
  • 1 ½ liter Air
  • 100 mili liter Minyak goreng
  • 1 ½ atau secukupnya sendok teh Garam
  • Lalapan secukupnya.

Bumbu yang dihaluskan :

  • 6 siung Bawang putih
  • 5 cm Kunyit
  • 5 cm Jahe
  • 2.5 sendok makan Ketumbar

Cara membuat :
Campur semua bahan dan bumbu yang dihaluskan kecuali kecap dan minyak, masak hingga bebek empuk dan air tinggal sedikit, angkat dinginkan, pupul-pukul bebek sampai memar.

Panaskan sisa bumbu, tambahkan kecap dan minyak goreng, masak hingga mengental, angkat, bakar bebek sambil dioles dengan bumbu hingga kecoklata.

BUMBU SAMBAL :

  • 8 buah Cabe rawit
  • 6 buah Cabe merah
  • 5 buah Bawang merah
  • 2 buah Tomat
  • 2 sdt Terasi
  • 4 butir Kemiri
  • 5 sendok makan Minyak goreng
  • 1.5 sendok teh Garam
  • 1 sdmakan Gula pasir

Cara membuat :

Panaskan minyak goreng, goreng semua bumbu kecuali garam dan gula hingga semua cukup layu, angkat dan haluskan bersama garam dan gula, letakan bebek bakar diatasnya cobek, sajikan dengan di dampingi lalapan pilihan dan masakan siap untuk di nikmati

Ich hab nulls brawl durch apkpure heruntergeladen. Ich möchte wissen ob das illegal ist und ob man deswegen eine Strafe bekommen kann?.
