Resep Cara Membuat Sapo Tahu

Sapo tahu atau juga  sapo tofu adalah sajian tahu perpaduan  antara sayuran dengan kuah kental dan gurih. Kenapa namanya sapo tahu? Sebab masakan ini dimasak dalam mangkuk tembikar yang kemudian dipanaskan. Dengan sajian yang mendidih mengepul ketika disajikan sehingga memberi sensasi yang menarik. Nah berikut ini adalah Resep Cara Membuat Sapo Tahu

RESEP SAPO TAHU :

Bahan:

  • udang, cumi, tahu jepang , diiris2 digoreng ditirisin
  • Daun capcay
  • Daun Sawi Putih
  • Wortel
  • Jagung muda (pentil)
  • Brokoli
  • Kembang Kol
  • minyak sayur
  • 1 sendok minyak wijen
  • 1 sendok makan bawang bombay cincang
  • 1 siunng bawang putih
  • 7 ekor udang segar yang sudah di kupas kulitnya
  • 1/2 kg ayam filet kemudian potong kecil2
  • 3 sendok teh saus tiram
  • 2 sendok teh kecap asin
  • 0.5 sendok teh merica bubuk
  • Garam esukupnya
  • 200 ml air
  • 1 sendok teh tepung kanji larutkan dengan air sedikit saja

Cara Memasak

(Semua sayuran dipotong spt sayur Cap Cay)
Jenis sayuran tsb diatas sesuai selera boleh tdk selengkap itu)
Bawang putih & bwg bombay ditumis,tsmbah minyak wijen, masukin sayuran
Saat 1/2 matang masukin saus tiram kecap ikan .
Klo ddh pas bbunya Seafood,ayam filet & tahu jepang dimasukin
Hidangkan di mangkuk besar dan nikmati saat masakan hangat.

    But, what about this? what if you added a little content?
    I am not suggesting your content is not solid, however what if you added a post title that makes people desire more?
    I mean Resep Cara Membuat Sapo Tahu – enbigi.com is kinda plain. You might glance at Yahoo’s home page and note how they
    write article titles to grab viewers interested. You might
    add a video or a pic or two to grab people interested about what you’ve got to say.

    Just my opinion, it would bring your posts a little livelier.
