Mendengar ayam geprek tentunya sudah terbayang rasanya dan aromanya selain mudah membuatnya namun masakan ini juga sangat di suka oleh kebanyakan kalangan. Untuk membuatnya yuk ikuti Resep Cara Mudah Membuat Ayam Geprek Crispy Pedas semoga bermanfaat. Masakan ayam geprek saat ini banyak variasi diantaranya yang paling vaporit adalah geprek crispi selain rasanya yang gurih tapi juga membuat ketagihan.

Bahan- bahan:

  • 1 butir Telur utuh untuk satu ayam
  • 1 ekor atau 1 kg ayam segar , potong sesuai selera
  • 500 gr tepung terigu merk cakra (adonan kering)
  • 250 gr tepung terigu Merk Segitiga (adonan basah/pencelup)
  • 5 sendok makan tepung maisena
  • 7 siung bawang ptih di potong lembut
  • 2 buah atau sesuai kebutuhan jeruk nipis
  • 1 sendok teh baking pwder
  • Seperempat sendok teh bubuk lada
  • 0.5 sendok teh bumbu penyedap jamur
  • 1 sendok teh garam dapur
  • 1 sendok mmakan saos tiram
  • 0.5 sendok teh gula jika di perlukan
  • siapkan secukupnya air es

Untuk membuat sambalnya siapkan bahan sbb:

  • 25 butir cabe rawit
  • 15 butir cabe merah
  • 3 siung bawang putih atau 2 siung
  • minyak goreng seperlunya
  • garam, gula, penyedap seperlunya

Selanjutnya terlebih dahulu masak bahan2 yang utama yaitu ayam crispynya

Cara Memasak ayam

potongan ayam yang telah di siapkan terlebih dulu di baluri dg jeruk nipis serta garam.
 Baluri ayam dengan separo bawang puth yang sudah diporong kecil2, imbuhkan sedikit lada bubuk, saos tiram, garam, gula serta penyedap jamur. Kemudian simpan satu malam di pendingin agar bumbu meresap dan ayam lunak.

Cara membuat Bahan pencelup:

Tepung terigu segitiga 1 butir telur dan air es secukupnya kocok sampai adonan mengental dan jangan encer, tambah sedikit garam kemudian aduk hingga merata.
Cara membuat Bahan kering:

Tepung terigu cakra, Tepung maisena, bawang putih yang sudah di cincang, lada bubuk, baking powder, garam dan juga penyedap jamur diaduk hingga merata.

kemudian Siapkan ayam yang sudah dibumbui dan disimpan dalam lemari pendingin kemudian celupkan ke dalam adonan kering hingga merata ke seluruh permukaan ayam tertutup oleh bahan kering.
Kemudian setelah ayam tertutup rata semua  lalu celupkan ke dalam adonan basah hingga merata, kemudian kembali di celupkan lagi ke dalam adonan kering, kemudian goreng di minyak yang sudah dipanaskan sampai ayam terendam.
Dan Goreng dengan api yang tidak terlalu besar kurang lebih 16 menit hingga warnanya menjadi golden brown dan bunyi berisiknya menghilang kemudian angkat 

Cara membuat sambal korek:

haluskan semua bahan sambal jangan terlalu halus, sisihkan.
lalu panaskan minyak bekas menggoreng ayam sampai benar-benar panas
Setelah minyak panas kemudia siramkan di atas sambel yang telah di haluskan tadi sambil  di aduk rata
Kemudian siapkan ayam di cobek atau sejenisnya , penyet /tekan ayam memakai ulekan kayu sampai benar benar remuk lalu siram sambal koreknya diatas ayam
Nah sekarang ayam goreng geprek crispy siap untuk dinikmati dan tambahkan lalapan secukupnya
