Bila kamu masih ingat dengan pesan Presiden Jokowi beberapa saat yang lalu, untuk jaga kebal badannya, Jokowi akui minum jamu empon-empon yang terbagi dalam temulawak, jahe, serai, serta kunyit tiap pagi. Bila umumnya cuma sekali satu hari, beliau sekarang mengkonsumsinya sehari 3x.

Berikut ini DlH Cara Membuat Minuman Sehat Penambah Imun

Bahan:

  • Jahe
  • Temulawak
  • Kunyit
  • Serai
  • Kayu manis

Rebus semua bahan rempah2 tersebut sekitar 10 menit sampai benar benar mendidih sehingga zat yang terkandung dalam rempah2 tersebut larut kedalam air rebusan. Setelah itu tunggu sampai air rebusan bisa di minum dan lakukan hal ini setiap hari dan rasakan manfaatnya.
