Ragi merupakan bahan untuk membuat tempe dan juga tape namun tahukah anda bahwa ragi ini juga bisa di buat dengan mudah nah berikut ini adalah Cara Sederhana Dan Mudah Membuat Ragi Tempe. Yang perlu di ketahui ragi adalah zat yang menyebebkan permentasi.

Ada beberapa cara membuat ragi tempe di antaranya adalah

Daun pembungkus tempe diantaranya (daun pisang, daun waru, daun jati, dan lain-lain) yang dipermukaannya masih ada jamur tempe yang menempel, dikeringkan (hingga dapat disimpan), selanjutnya untuk memakainya cukup permukaan daun yang ditempeli jamur dioleskan ke biji kedelai yang sudah siap untuk difermentasi.

Membuat Ragi Dari Daun Waru/ Jati

Ambil daun permukaan daun sisi bawahnya ditumbuhi jamur berupa benang-benang berwarna putih ; tempatkan 1 lembar daun dengan permukaan sisi bawah menghadap ke atas, selanjutnya di atas permukaannya ditebar selapis biji kedelai yang sudah di rebus sampai lunak (pada keadaan dingin) ; kemudian tutup dengan daun lain dengan tempat permukaan bawah tutupi biji kedelai. Pasangan daun itu dibungkus plastik yang sudah dilubangi dengan lidi ; diamkan terfermentasi semasa 12-24 jam. Kemudian dikeringkan serta bisa pakai untuk pengerjaan tempe

Ragi Dari Tempe Fresh

a. Mengambil sepotong tempe fresh yang tidak mempunyai bercak-bercak hitam, lebih bagus lagi bila tempe yang di bungkus dengan daun pisang, irislah tipis-tipis lalu jemur

b. Sesudah kering, Haluskan sampai jadi tepung. Supaya tepung tempe kelembutannya rata seharusnya di ayak dengan saringan halus.

c. Mengambil beras di aru, lalu dibuat sampai jadi nasi, sesudah dingin, Mengambil nasi sekitar 1 sendok makan ( 150 gr ) serta campur dengan 1 sendok makan tepung tempe fresh barusan.

d. Sesudah tercampur rata, tempatkan kombinasi itu dalam besek bambu yang sudah di alasi dengan daun pisang fresh

e. Permukaan besek barusan yang masih tetap terbuka tutupi dengan daun pisang fresh, lalu mengambil tutup besek, ikat dengan tali rafia serta taruh dalam temperatur kamar.

f. Keesokannya membuka besek, serta melihat telah di tumbuhi kapang halus.

g. Jemur nasi dalam besek sampai kering, sesudah kering haluskan sampai jadi tepung

h. Tepung terigu di sangrai sampai di rasa cukup kering, lalu ayak/saring serta pisahkan yang halus serta yang kasar.

i. Campaurkan tepung terigu yang sudah di sangrai 19 sisi dengan tepung nasi yang sudah ditumbuhi bibit kapang 1 sisi, lalu diaduk sampai rata.

j. Hasil kombinasi berbentuk tepung bisa di gunakan untuk ragi atau dapat di taruh, bisa di bikin atau di bentuk bulatan kecil pasti sesudah di basahi dulu dengan air.
