Resep Cara Mudah Membuat Kue Putri Salju

Mendekati lebaran tentunya kita akan di sibukkan dengan segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan perayaan hari raya idul fitri walaupun saat ini memang berbeda dengan lebaran sebelumnya ini berkaitan dengan wabah covid 19 yang saat ini sedang mewabah di seluruh dunia. Bahkan Pemerintah membuat peraturan pelarangan mudik yang bertujuan untuk memutus mata rantai penyebaran wabah covid 19. Namun walaupun demikian tidak ada salahnya untuk mengisi kegiatan yang bermaanfaat di gunakan untuk sesuatu yang bermanfaat sebagai contoh dengan membuat kue persiapan untuk lebaran di rumah.

Artikel kali ini akan membahas tentang Resep Cara Mudah Membuat Kue Salju yang tentunya rasanya pasti lembut di lidah. Kue putri salju merupakan salah satu produk kue kering klasik yang cukup favorit. Bentuknya seperti bulan sabit, kue ini disebut sebagai putri salju karena kue ini terdapat taburan gula putih yang lembut di atasnya. Rasanya manis, gurih, lembut di lidah, hancur dalam sekali gigit, dan bisa menyisakan rasa dingin di mulut.

Resep Cara Mudah Membuat Kue Salju

Bahan yang di butuhkan

  • 400 gr tepung terigu protein sedang
  • 100 gr tepung maisena
  • 300 gr butter (boleh diganti Blue Band Cake dan Cookies)
  • 40 gr susu bubuk
  • 120 gr gula bubuk halus
  • 150 gr keju chedar parut
  • Gula untuk donat secukupnya
  • 3 butir kuning telur ayam

Cara membuat  :

1. Kocok mentega, gula halus, dan kuning telur dengan menggunakan mixer berkecepatan paling rendah selama 2 mnit.
2. Selanjutnya matikan mixer, kemudian masukkan keju yang sudah parut dan kemudian aduk sampai rata.
3. Masukkan campuran tepung terigu, tepung maizena, dan bubuk susu.
4. Aduk secara merata dengan spatula hingga adonan cukup bisa diuleni.
5. Kemudian Cetak adonan sesuai dengan selera kita, Selanjutnya susun dan letakkan di atas loyang yang telah diolesi dengan mentega atau dialasi kertas rot.
6. Selanjutnya panggang putri salju dengan suhu panas 150 derajat Celcius sampai terlihat matang, dalam waktu sekitar 20 mnit.
7. Masukkan putri salju pada gula donat secukupnya. Setelah dingin masukkan ke dalam topeles.

Dan selanjutnya kue putri salju siap di nikmati dan rasakan kelembutannya
