Kota Tangerang – Menjelang ujian kenaikan tingkat DAN Taekwondo Banten yang akan digelar pada 7-8 Desember 2024 di Balai Diklat pandeglang, para taekwondoin Kota Tangerang berkumpul untuk mengikuti latihan bersama. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan guna memantapkan kesiapan fisik, teknik, dan mental para peserta yang akan menghadapi ujian tingkat lanjut tersebut.
Latihan bersama ini diadakan di Pusat Pemerintahan Kota Tangerang dan dihadiri oleh atlet-atlet taekwondo dari berbagai klub di Kota Tangerang. Kegiatan dipandu langsung oleh pelatih Pomsae Sbmnim Angga Kristanto Dan Master Sribudoyo, termasuk beberapa pemegang DAN tinggi, yang memberikan bimbingan intensif kepada para peserta.
Fokus Latihan
Materi yang diberikan meliputi penguasaan poomsae (jurus wajib untuk ujian), kyukpa (pemecahan benda keras), dan hosinsul (teknik bela diri praktis). Selain itu, aspek conditioning atau penguatan fisik juga menjadi perhatian utama, mengingat ujian tingkat DAN menuntut ketahanan tubuh yang prima.
Menurut Master Sribudoyo, latihan bersama ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada para peserta untuk memperbaiki teknik, meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, dan menyelaraskan gerakan sesuai standar Taekwondo Indonesia. “Persiapan adalah kunci untuk sukses. Dengan latihan ini, kami berharap para peserta mampu memberikan yang terbaik saat ujian nanti,” ujarnya.
Antusiasme Peserta
Semangat terlihat dari para peserta yang berusaha menampilkan performa terbaiknya selama latihan. Sebagian besar peserta merupakan atlet Junior dan Beberapa Atlit senior, namun tetap menganggap ujian kenaikan tingkat DAN sebagai tantangan yang serius.
“Saya merasa sangat terbantu dengan latihan ini. Bimbingan dari pelatih dan semangat kebersamaan antar peserta membuat saya lebih percaya diri untuk menghadapi ujian nanti,” kata Dhika Pratama Putra, salah satu peserta yang akan menghadapi ujian kenaikan tingkat.

Ujian kenaikan tingkat DAN merupakan salah satu pencapaian tertinggi dalam perjalanan seorang taekwondoin. Melalui latihan bersama ini, para peserta diharapkan mampu menunjukkan kemampuan terbaik mereka dan memenuhi kriteria penilaian yang ketat.
Latihan bersama ini juga menjadi bukti komitmen Taekwondo Kota Tangerang dalam mendukung perkembangan atlet-atletnya dan menjaga standar kualitas taekwondo di tingkat lokal maupun nasional.
