Seni beladiri Taekwondo merupakan olahraga beladiri dari korea selatan yang banyak di minati baik kalangan muda ataupun dewasa bahkan anak usia dini pun mulai diperkenalkan dengan olahraga beladiri ini. Dalam mempelajari tehnik beladiri Taekwondo di bagi dengan beberapa macam tehnik diantaranya adalah Kyorugi, Pomse, dan Tehnik demonstrasi gerakan. Untuk Taekwondoin pemula maka akan di ajarkan beberapa tehnik dasar diantaranya mengenai tehnik pukulan tangkisan dan tendangan dasar. Di tingkat dasar ini nantinya akan di ajarkan bagaimana cara memukul, menangkis dan menedang yang benar sehingga jika kita melakukan gerakan dengan benar maka akan mengurangi resiko cedera.

Untuk tingkatan selanjutnya Kami akan melihat dari kemapuan Taekwondoin,jika layak untuk di ikut sertakan dalam pertandingan maka kami akan memberikan materi pertandingan sesuai dengan bakat dan minat Taekwondoin. Untuk Tehnik petarung atau Kyorugi makan kami akan ajarkan tehnik dasar pertandingan dengan secara teratur dan rutin untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal. Begitu juga dengan pertandingan Pomse maka kami akan ajarkan tehnik pomse dengan materi2 yang mudah di pelajari.

Berlatih beladiri selain akan mendapatkan kepercayaan diri namun bisa mengajarkan kita untuk selalu disiplin. Karena di samping belajar beladiri kami akan ajarkan tentang kedisiplinan dan bagai mana cara menghormati sesorang dalam pergaulan. Pelatih Taekwondo Private Di Cirendeu Ciputat Tangerang Selatan memiliki tempat latihan atau yang biasa di sebut Dojang di daerak Tangerang Raya dan sekitarnya.
