Berikut ini adalah Resep Cara Mudah Membuat Kue Nastar Lembut Dan Enak, Kue ini biasanya di sajikan pada saat- saat moment hari raya namun banyak juga yang menyukai kue ini memang untuk cemilan sambil santai untuk menemani nonton TV. Untuk membuatnya agar mendapatkan rasa yang sesuai dengan selera tentunya harus mempunyai takaran yang pas untuk semua bahannya.

Berikut ini adalah Resep Cara Mudah Membuat Kue Nastar Lembut Dan Enak.

Bahan-bahan

Untuk 4 (empat) porsi

  • 1 kg Tepung Terigu
  • 3 sacet mentega (200grm 1sct)
  • 1 bungkus gula halus (100grm)
  • 8 butir telur ( kuningnya saja)
  • 2 sdm susu bubuk
  • 2 sdm rum butter
  • 1 sacet fanili
  • 2 butir telur bebek (untk olesan) kuningnya saja
  • 4 buah nanas
  • 2 blok Keju parut
     

Langkah Membuatnya

Butuh Waktu Kurang lebih 120 menit

  • Pertama- tama kita terlebih dulu membuat selai nanas, caranya adalah parut nanas kemudian masak sampai kering selanjutnya angkat dan sisihkan

    Cara Membuat Selai Nanas  : Siapkan wajan datar lalu kita masukan parutan nanas yang sudah anda persiapkan sebelumnya. Masak nanas di atas kompor lalu masak dengan menggunakan api yang sedang. Lalu masukan gula ke dalam wajan, kemudian aduk hingga semua bahan tersebut ½ mengental. Imbuhkan butter ke dalam wajan, lalu aduk kembali sampai benar2 mengental.

  • Selanjutnya Campurkan mentega, gula halus, kuning telur, rum butter, susu bubuk, vanili. Aduk sampai benar- benar tercampur rata

  • Jika sudah tercampur rata lalu masukan trigu sedikit demi sedikit sampai adonan tidak lengket di tangan

  • Lalu ambil bulatan kecil kemudian pipihkn lalu masukan selai nanas, bulatkan kembali sampai adonan semua habis.

  • Langkah selanjutnya oleskan di atasnya dengan kuning telur bebek. kemudian taburi keju di atasnya.

  • Setelah semua adonnan terseleaikan kemudian oven selama kurang lebih 15 menit sampai adonan menjadi kering. Dan selanjutnya kue siap untuk di sajikan sajikan kue nastar yg lembut dan enak siap di nikmati dan jangan lupa untuk di masukkan ke dalam toples. Untuk takaran bahan di atas adalah untuk 4 toples
