Syarat Penerima BSU 2022 Rp 600 Ribu, Disalurkan Lewat 5 Bank dan Kantor Pos

Berikut ini syarat penerima Bantuan Subsidi Upah (BSU) 2022 Rp 600 ribu yang dikabarkan cair September ini, cek apakah anda memenuhi kriteria.

Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan resmi menerbitkan kriteria syarat penerima BSU 2022 sebesar Rp 600 ribu.

Syarat penerima BSU 2022 itu diatur dalam Peraturan Menteri Ketenagakerjaan (Permenaker) No 10 Tahun 2022.

Tepatnya, diatur dalam Pasal 3.

Dikutip dari Permenaker No 10 Tahun 2022 , berikut syarat penerima BSU 2022 Rp 600 ribu:

– WNI yang dibuktikan dengan kepemilikan Nomor Induk Kependudukan (NIK)

– Peserta aktif BPJS Ketenagakerjaan sampai dengan bulan Juli 2022

– Menerima gaji/upah paling banyak sebesar Rp 3.500.000.

– Bukan PNS atau TNI/Polri

Di antaranya, bagi pekerja yang upah minimum kabupaten/kota (UMK)-nya lebih besar dari Rp 3,5 juta, maka persyaratan penerima BSU menjadi paling banyak sebesar UMK yang dibulatkan ke atas hingga ratusan ribu rupiah.

Selain itu, penerima BSU 2022 juga diprioritaskan bagi pekerja yang belum menerima program Kartu Prakerja, Program Keluarga Harapan atau program Bantuan Produktif Usaha Mikro.

Diberitakan Tribunnews.com, Kemnaker menerima 5.099.915 data calon penerima bantuan subsidi upah (BSU) tahun 2022 dari BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.

Serah terima dilakukan di Kantor Kemenaker, Selasa (6/9/2022).

Menteri Ketenagakerjaan Indonesia (Menaker RI), Ida Fauziyah mengatakan berdasarkan syarat dan kriteria yang diatur dan sesuai dengan informasi dari BPJS Ketenagakerjaan bahwa terdapat 16.198.731 pekerja atau buruh yang memenuhi syarat untuk menerima program BSU.

“Dari data ini, dari keseluruhan data yang memenuhi syarat ini akan disampaikan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan ke Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan secara bertahap,” kata Ida saat konferensi pers.

Cara penyaluran BSU 2022

Masih berdasarkan Permenaker No 10 Tahun 2022, penyaluran BSU akan dilakukan melalui bank himbara atau kantor pos. 

Merujuk pasal 7 dan 8 itu, nantinya BSU akan disalurkan secara langsung melalui:  

– BNI

– BRI

– BTN

– Bank Mandiri

– Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSI)

– Kantor Pos

Kemnaker menjanjikan BSU 2022 bakal cair pada bulan September ini. 

“Kemnaker terus menyiapkan dan memfinalkan segala hal teknis untuk proses penyaluran BSU ini.”

“Kami terus berupaya agar BSU ini dapat tersalurkan pada September 2022 ini,” kata Menaker, Ida Fauziyah, Rabu (31/8/2022)
