Tongseng merupakan salah satu  masakan yang cocok dalam segala suasana. Ada beraneka rasa yang terkandung didalamnya yaitu rasa segar dan pedas, ada juga kekayaan rasa yang menjadi ciri khas sebab masakan ini  melibatkan banyak bumbu dan rempah- rempah. Berikut ini adalah Resep Memasak Ayam Bumbu Tongseng Penggunaan daging ayam sebagai sumber protein tongseng juga bisa menjadi pilihan apabila kita memiliki kesulitan untuk mengolah daging sapi atau kambing. Dengan menggunakan daging ayam, kita bisa menghindari tekstur yang keras atau bau anyir ketika salah mengolah daging kambing atau juga sapi.

 

 

Bahan:
a. 1 ekor ayam, di potong jadi 10
b. 1,5 ruas  lengkuas, di tumbuk sampai memar
c. 3 lembar daun salam
d. 1000 cc air
e. 9 siung bawang merah, iris kecil dan halus
f. 12 buah cabe rawit
g. 2 buah tahu putih, potong dadu
h. 5 sendok makan kecap manis
i. Minyak sayur secukupnya untuk memasak dan menumis

Bumbu yang dihaluskan:
a. 4 siung bawang putih
b. 1 sdt ketumbar
c. 1,5 ruas jari jahe
d. Garam dapur dan merica secukupnya

Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Ayam Bumbu Tongseng:
1. Tuumis bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan sampai baunya terasa harum. Imbuhkan rempah diantaranya lengkuas, daun salam, bawang merah. Masak jangan terlalu lama.
2. Masukkan bahan- bahan lain kemudian Masak sampai ayam terlihat matang kemudian Angkat dari atas api.
3. Selanjutnya masakan telah Siap unttuk disajikan.
